Returns & Exchanges


Thank you for shopping with us!  We hope you love your order, however if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return/exchange your order, please return within 14 days of receipt of purchase.  Items that are accepted for a return include full price purchases and sale products.  This excludes personalised items.  The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.

All products must be returned in a new and unused state and including the garment bag (if applicable). We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:

  • the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
  • you have not returned garment bag if included. 

You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.

LATE RETURNS

Items should be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Returns received after 14 days and within 30 days will be issued as store credit only.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond 30 days from delivery.

- For international returns, customs authorities require the original shipment documentation to confirm that import duties and taxes were paid on arrival. Without these documents, parcels may be delayed, incur additional charges, or be returned to the sender so it is imperative to follow the required steps.
