SALES AND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP ASSISTANT
We are hiring a keen sales assistant who is passionate about luxury! Katherine Hooker is looking to fill the role of Sales and Customer Relationship Assistant to work for 5 days a week, including Saturdays, alongside the Sales Manager and Customer Specialist. Based in the shop in London, this person will have the responsibility for cultivating, building and maintaining the Katherine Hooker customer base, through sales in the shop and direct on the phone and the occasional out of shop event.

WORK EXPERIENCE AT KATHERINE HOOKER
A work experience placement with us allows you to experience the end to end workings of a small fashion house. You will spend time in a retail, studio and workshop environment during your time here. Many of our systems have been created in-house which means our placements get a great opportunity to learn on the job.
The purpose of work experience at Katherine Hooker is for you to get a wide perspective of how the business works as well as how we make our beautiful pieces to compliment your technical studies. All of our placements are expected to play a hands-on role in assisting with any necessary tasks within the studio and office. These can vary from helping with administrative duties through to fabric swatching and dying fabrics.
